Over the past few weeks, five second-year students have written their first books. Drawing inspiration from the illustrations in the book *Picnic with Cake* by artist Thé Tjong-Khing, the girls created their own pages with accompanying text during their remedial classes.
These have now been made available in the new school library, so the original compositions by Anni, Marla, Neele, Lea, and Thea can now be borrowed by other students from the school library.
