Project

Impetus for cohesion and a good mood

As part of the "Joint World Cup" project days, the pupils explore the topics of soccer, community and cohesion.

On the first day of the project, Klaus Foitzik was a guest with his interactive concert. He took up the topic of soccer in a playful and musical way and delighted the children with various stories and songs. The pupils got to know a talking soccer that doesn't like to be kicked. They also met "little Klaus", who was determined to convince his mother to let him watch an international match. The children also learned how a soccer party can be a success even if the TV suddenly stops working. The finale was the "soccer ghost", who scares famous footballers and with whom the pupils rocked along exuberantly.

The first year took part in the event together with the fourth years and organized it as a sponsored event. Both years created a special atmosphere and took part with great enthusiasm. Afterwards, the classes of years two and three took part in the event and also experienced a rousing concert.

Before and after the musical activity, the children - depending on their year group - dealt with the topic of "Community". Each child designed their own figure, cut it out and attached it to the windows of the containers as part of a large human chain. Over the course of the week, an ever-growing human chain was created in this way, decorating the windows and making the idea of cohesion and community visible. There were also various readings on the subject of soccer.

Over the next two days, the students will continue to explore the topics of the World Cup and community in various events.
