The mentoring program was the last joint activity of the school year. Originally, a morning together at the Schützenplatz had been planned. However, due to the rainy weather, an alternative had to be found at the last minute.
After the long break, the morning began with a group breakfast. The partner classes gathered at various locations for this: in the new OGS cafeteria in the container complex, in the music room, and in the multipurpose room of the container complex. In a cozy atmosphere, they had another opportunity to spend time together and chat.
Afterward, everyone headed to the gym. Since they couldn’t stay at the Schützenplatz, the program there included various group games. The children had a lot of fun with the varied physical and group games and enjoyed spending time with their mentors.
This successful end-of-year event marked the end of an eventful school year. Now everyone is looking forward with anticipation to the upcoming graduation. While the fourth graders are looking forward to starting middle school, the first graders are eagerly awaiting their second school year.
