On 06.12.2023 it was that time again. As every year, St. Nicholas visited the classes at Buterland School.
The first classes each presented two different songs. These were about mathematics and letters. The second classes recited a poem.
However, St. Nicholas was not unprepared. He told the pupils about their particularly good achievements in the past year. Nevertheless, Santa had to raise his index finger and speak a few words of warning.
In the third and fourth grades, he knocked on the door once and greeted the children in a friendly manner. His request was that they please continue to be friendly and kind children at school and at home.
The pupils were delighted to receive a visit from St. Nicholas. However, St. Nicholas did not come empty-handed. Each child was given a mare's bread. The pupils were very happy about this and ate it during the breakfast break. There was very little left of the morsel.
